This isn’t some drive-thru fish situation hiding under a square of cheese. This is a big, golden,
deep-fried Atlantic cod filet that crunches when you look at it sideways. We set it on a fresh French roll
with crisp lettuce and tomato, then crown it with our homemade Mexican Sun-dried Guajillo Pepper
