BURGER OF THE MONTH **THE ROYALE** Our half pound Angus burger patty stacked with thinly sliced prime rib, grilled onions, a thick cheese sauce, fried egg, and creamy horseradish aioli. Served on a buttery brioche bun with fries and a pickle. Kick it up a notch with a side of giardiniera!! **Substitute for a Grilled or Fried Chicken Breast for no extra charge.** 15.95 

FULL SLAB of RIBS A full slab of our famous slow cooked Baby Back Ribs, char-grilled and topped with our very own homemade BBQ sauce. Served with vegetable, potato and choice of soup or salad. 19.95 

COUNTRY FRIED CHICKEN A boneless breast deep fried in our secret Finger batter and topped with country gravy. Served with homemade mashed potatoes and vegetable of the day. 14.95 

GRILLED BOURBON GLAZED CHICKEN SKEWERS 3 marinated char grilled chicken skewers drizzled with BOURBON sauce and served over rice pilaf. 12.95 

VELVEETA STEAK SANDWICH Thin sliced rib-eye topped with sautéed mushrooms & onions then topped with Velveeta cheese. Served with fries and a pickle. 14.95
