 BURGER OF THE MONTH: THE ANCHO-LICIOUS BURGER FIESTA Our half pound Angus burger patty char grilled topped with layers of Pepper Jack Cheese, an authentic homemade smokey Ancho Chiles sauce, guacamole and red onion. All stacked and grilled on a buttery Brioche Bun with Lettuce and slice of Tomato. Served with fries and a pickle. 17.95

 COUNTRY FRIED CHICKEN A boneless breast deep fried in our secret Finger batter and topped with country gravy. Served with homemade mashed potatoes and vegetable of the day. 14.95 

FULL SLAB OF RIBS A full slab of our famous slow cooked Baby Back Ribs, char-grilled and topped with our very own homemade BBQ sauce. Served with vegetable, potato and choice of soup or salad. 19.95 

REUBEN WRAP Hot lean corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and thousand island dressing wrapped in a flour tortilla. Served with fries and a pickle. 14.95

 BBQ PORK SALAD Bed of mixed greens topped with mozzarella cheese, southwest veggie mix, tomatoes, shredded pork, tortilla crisps, and drizzled with our homemade BBQ sauce. Served with a side of ranch dressing. 15.95
